All authors and attendees must register using the link: www.congressospco.abreu.pt/ASAP2023-40121.aspx 

(*) To qualify for IEEE Member registration, a valid IEEE Member number must be provided in the registration form. No exceptions.

(**) To qualify for Student Type registration, a copy of the student identification card or an equivalent declaration signed by the institution must be provided with the registration form. No exceptions.

Member and non-member conference registration fees include admission to all sessions, talks, coffee breaks, lunches, as well as the Thursday social event (including the evening banquet).

Author registration and camera-ready submission

Please follow the following guidelines when submitting the camera-ready of your contribution :

• Register to the conference by May 29, 2023 with at least one full registration by an author of the paper at easychair.org/conferences/?conf=asap2023 . Within the registration form, please indicate the ID of the paper for which you are registering. In case you have several accepted papers where the same presenter will be present at the conference, you need to register for each of them individually (as at least one full registration for each).

• Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following its presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered. Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee. Each full registration fee can cover only 1 paper. Note that Student Registration does not cover paper publication.

• All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 23, 2023.

  • No refunds are granted for “no-shows.”

  • Registrants who cancel their registration for any reason (including the denial of a travel visa due to delays or other issues) will receive a partial refund according to the following schedule:

    • Registrations canceled more than 30 days before the event (on or before June 18, 2023, AoE) will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

    • Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event (June 19, 2023, or later, AoE) will not be eligible for a refund.

• Please prepare the camera-ready paper according to the reviewers’ comments. Submissions must use the double-column IEEE conference proceedings format. The camera-ready paper for a FULL paper must not exceed 9 pages, out of which 8 pages are included in the conference registration and the 9th page, if needed, has an extra cost of 100 €. The camera-ready paper for a SHORT paper must not exceed 4 pages. The camera-ready paper for a POSTER paper must not exceed 2 pages.

• Complete and sign the IEEE copyright transfer form sent to you by e-mail.

• Validate your camera-ready submission with IEEE PDF eXpress®:

  • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/.

  • First-time users should do the following: I) Select the New Users - Click Here link. II) Enter the following: 57973X for the Conference ID, your email address, a password. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

  • Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress® need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

• Submit your camera-ready paper, validated via IEEE PDF eXpress®, to easychair.org/conferences/?conf=asap2023 specifying also your paper ID by May 29, 2023 at the latest. Paper not submitted by this date cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
